Flu Vaccinations - this year there are 2 types of Flu vaccinations for Adults. The 1st is for Patients 65yrs & over before 31/03/2019. These are available now. The 2nd type for Adults under 65yrs old & in an at risk category such as Heart Disease, COPD, Diabetes, Asthma, immunosuppressant, Stroke & Pregnant women are now available. Please book your appointment now.

Childrens Nasal Flu vaccinations are available from the  -  please book with one of our Practice Nurses Ruth Cox or Lisa Curry.


The practice operates an appointment system with surgeries available to pre-book morning and afternoon. Various surgeries are run by the GP’s to offer appointments during the following hours, these may vary so please contact reception to book an appropriate appointment on 0121 475 1534.

Blood test appointments should be booked before 4pm.

Where possible your appointment will be with the doctor of your choice, but in an emergency it may not be possible for you to see a particular doctor. Each appointment is for one person only. Please let us know if you are unable to keep your appointment.

Urgent Appointments

If you require an urgent appointment please ring and speak with reception.

(Urgent appointments are not for repeat prescriptions, fitness for work certificates or for signing forms).

  • Kamila Khan (HCA) is available Thursday morning
  • Sue Blunt (Phlebotomist) available Friday morning

Please inform reception of your needs and they will book you with the Clinician.


We ask that you book an appointment with the doctor who requested the test to discuss your results.


All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation. Please request this service at the time of booking an appointment.

Interpretation Services

Patients requiring an interpretation service should advise Reception Staff when booking an appointment so arrangements can be made prior to the appointment time.


If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
