Flu Vaccinations - this year there are 2 types of Flu vaccinations for Adults. The 1st is for Patients 65yrs & over before 31/03/2019. These are available now. The 2nd type for Adults under 65yrs old & in an at risk category such as Heart Disease, COPD, Diabetes, Asthma, immunosuppressant, Stroke & Pregnant women are now available. Please book your appointment now.


Childrens Nasal Flu vaccinations are available from the  -  please book with one of our Practice Nurses Ruth Cox or Lisa Curry.

We offer all the usual Medical services you would expect in order to diagnose and treat acute or chronic illness. In addition:

  • We offer Health Checks to ensure a pro active approach to primary prevention.
  • We can refer to other NHS services as appropriate.

We have very experienced and highly trained Practice Nurses in the Practice. They can help with:

  • Contraception and family planning
  • Menopause monitoring
  • Cervical smears
  • Routine monitoring of:
    • Asthma
    • COPD
    • Diabetes
    • Hypertension
    • Heart disease
    • Thyroid disease
    • Rheumatology
  • Health promotion:
    • Smoking cessation
    • Diet management
    • General health advice
    • Travel advice
    • Immunisations routine and travel

You may make an appointment to see our Practice Nurse without seeing a Doctor first.

Health Care Assistant

Blood tests, Health Checks, B12 vaccinations, ECG's and Blood pressure monitoring.

Phlebotomist

Blood test appointments  are also available.

Primary Healthcare Team

Other members of the healthcare team are based at the centre to help you. These are:

  • Chiropodists
  • Community Dentists

You may make or cancel any of your own appointments on-line.
